Green routes

In order to encourage non-polluting travel and to reduce the use of the car in town, the Mayor of Bourges decided to create, in 2005, a network of "green routes", which allows safe travel from one place to another, without using the car.

These green routes are well-defined paths, about 3,50 metres in width, with a stabilized reinforced coating. They are accessible to walkers, runners, cyclists, and roller skaters...
